I want to send out a big old Charm congratulations to Charm's very own Queen Whisper Dallagio of the Charmed Menagerie, who ascended today.
It's quite an accomplishment to make a monarchy. It takes a lot of effort and dedication from EVERYONE. So Great Job to Whisper and the downline!
