Remember when there were no taxes?

A message from King Rexx:

So some of you may have noticed the new tax situation.

This has been on Emporers Soleil's mind for quite some time and he's finally decided to change it. So first a little history...

Back when King Rexx was a wanderer, every citizen in the TE kingdom paid 41% in taxes every year. There was no concept of King/Queens (Monarchs), it was just the top 10 acreage holders Prince/Princesses that advised him. Then came the concept of monarchs... And with the monarch's came the ability to set taxes. And the default was 25% and all was well in the empire. But then one monarch got the idea to set them to 20%, and the next 15, and the next 10. And before you knew it they were all doing their best to just set them to 0% all the time.

And some of the monarchs did not like this. Some for good reasons (they have RL's and RL jobs) and some for bad (they didn't want to put in any work to help their subjects grow, in fact some monarchs don't even wear their HUDs and still their kingdoms flourish!), and there was much whining from the new Kings and Queens and so now in the end, the Emporer has decided to set taxes to 30% as the highest across the board, with lower ranks paying lower, (still better than the olden times...) and give the monarchs the ability to pay for a 3 year tax break. So doing some math here... 3 minutes a turn, 36 minutes a year. That's about a 1.75 hours RL time span where for 3 TE years you won't be taxed each year. And whereas it used to cost me ~700k to 1 million a year to cover your taxes it'll now cost me 11 million (4 mil a year) to set your taxes to 0 for a 3 year time span.

So... I need your help to find the best SL hour to set taxes to 0. I want to maximize my investment and reduce your pain and thus, increase our growth. So I will be putting up a few surveys. The first survey will cut the time in half to determine whether you want it between 12am -12pm or 12pm to 12am SLT. Then I will cut it again, and again, until I have figured out what 2 hour time span you'd like the tax break on.

Also, as always, I have titles to give. Please drop a notecard on me with your current rank, desired title (20 character maximum incl. spaces) and hours (in SLT) you are on. Also, keep in mind, that with "Kings Favor" as it's called (which lasts a TE year), you and your direct subjects will have a mini-trader like effect with an increased chance of trader-like effects in each turn, so consider the online time of yours subjects as well.
